Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

A typical office visit may last 15 to 45 minutes depending on the treatments being done.  A treatment program will be set up on your second visit so you will know what to expect.

When you first come in you will sign in at the front desk.  You may also be asked to fill out a pain/ discomfort score sheet or fill out any paperwork for your insurance or medicare.

You will then go to a waiting area near the doctor's treatment table.  The tables are in an open area but if you would like to speak to the doctor in private, just let the doctor or office manager know.  They will escort you to a private room.  At the treatment table, you will be receiving a chiropractic adjustment.

After your adjustment,  you may be doing supervised exercises and/ or having traction or muscle stimulation treatment.  This is usually will done after the adjustment but depending on your condition it may be before.

At the end of your visit you will stop at the front desk to pay your co-pay and make your next recommended appointment.

Can chiropractic relieve PMS?

Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Pickerington chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
